The Wedding Weekend
Your family and wedding party arrive on Friday, stay on the property, and are still here on Sunday morning.
Friday
Arrive in the morning and settle into the houses. The Bridal Estate, the Groom’s Bunkhouse, the Farmhouse, and the Lodge sleep 30+ of your family and wedding party. In the afternoon a coordinator walks everyone through the rehearsal, and the rehearsal dinner can happen right here, in one of the houses or as a catered evening under the Pavilion.
Saturday
Breakfast is delivered to the Bridal Estate and the Bunkhouse while everyone gets ready. The ceremony is under the Ceremony Tree or in the Legacy Pavilion, cocktail hour follows in the Pavilion, and the reception fills the air-conditioned Legacy Barn for up to 140 guests. After the reception, everyone staying over walks back to the houses.
Sunday
Sunday morning is for relaxing on the property with your family and friends. Checkout is in the early afternoon.
You enjoy it, we handle the rest
In-house coordinators build the floor plan and timeline with you, run the rehearsal, and direct the day. The décor team sets the ceremony and reception. Valet attendants park your guests. Hospitality staff look after the houses.
We were able to host our entire wedding party (48 people) on the property from Friday to Sunday! Keeping everyone close and giving the families plenty of time to get to know each other was so important to us.
